Mr. Lester Throckmartln, accom
panied by her daughter Eleanor and

ford, narrowly escaped Injury one diy
last week when the car being driven
by Doctor Bean of Medford collided
with their car, as they were just driv
ing off the Butte Fails road onto the
Crater Lake highway north of Eagle
Point. The occupants received only
nervous shocks, and but minor dam
age was done to the cars.
