Compilers of the pamphlet have
endeavored to condense the data as
much aa possible. Sale prices range
from $125 for a Baker rounty hold
ing to $10,000 for a farm In Harney
county, but the average, according
to Sergeant Earl R, Goodwin, as
sistant srerotnry of the commission,

available to the public and every ef
fort Is being made to return the
state-owned property to the tax rolls
by placing It In the hands of re

A plea was made today by Medford
Uona club that In order to Insure
needy chjldren of having an abund
ance of Christmas toys this year at
the annual Lions' Chrlatma tree, the
public must cooperate with the Lions'
plnn of refunding Alpine milk labels.

club In this worthy cause are asked
to place Alpine labels In the boxes
that have been stationed for the ex-,
presa purpose In every large grocery
atom In the vicinity.
The label are refunded and the
money used to purchase new Christ
mas toys which will be distributed
to every needy boy and girl who at
tends the Lions' celebration next
Christmas,
The label B nre not coming In as

according to the club, although many
nre being mailed In from northern
California, 60O having been sent In
one group. The labels may be mail
ed to Lelanrt Knox, club secretary, or
to Fire Chief Roy Elliott. Instead of
being deposited In the grocery store
boxes, if so desired.
