Van Winkle ruled today.
The opinion stated "advertisement
by radio, which Is within the term
'or otherwise" tn the statute Is a
means of advertising, and I take it
that 'news stands or general stores'
are not in active charge of a regis
tered pharmacist, or. during his tem
porary absence, of a registered phar
macist.' The question was asked by
the Oregon board of pharmacy.

Neither O'Brien nor Knight are sat
isfied with the result, however, as
both boy hit each other with every
thing but the audience during the
first round of their heated set-o.
In a mid-ring scramble. Knight went
to the canvas and decided to stay
down for the count and rest, he hav
ing had little chance to condition
himself since his arrival In the dis
trict a week ago.
A spectator and his blonde com
panion entered Into conversation
with Knight while he sat through
the count, and Referee Ike Dunford
had called ten before Knight return
ed his attention to the ring. When
he got up to fight, it wna over and
he still hasn't finished his conver
