suance of an order of the County
Court of the County of Jackson, State
of Oregon, made on the 18th day of
June, 1935, in the matter of the
aforesaid estnte, the administrator of
the estate of said deceased with will
annexed will sell at private sale to
the highest bidder, subject to con
firmation of the County Court on or
after the 18th day of July. 1936, all
the right, title. Interest and estate
of the said John M. Kallstrom. also
known as J. M. Kallstrom, also known
as John Morris Kallstrom, deceased.
at the time of his death, which waa
an undivided onehalf Interest in and
to the real property hereafter describ
ed, and all the right, title and In
terrst that the said estate has by
operation of law or otherwise acquir
ed. In addition, that of said deceased
at the time of his death, or In and
to those certain lots, pieces, or par
cels of land situated, lying and belnt
in the County of Jackson, State of
Oregon, and more particularly de
scribed as follows, to-wlt:

West of the Willamette Meridian,
that is lying and being West of the
Pacific Highway.

Range Four West of Che Willamette
Meridian, Oregon, containing two
acres and twelve-hundredths of an
acre, according to the official piat
of the survey of the said land, on
file in the General Land Office;
reserving from Lot 8, the right to
enter upon, occupy and use, any
part or all of the said lands tor
the purpose provided In the Act uf
June 10. 1920 (41 Stat. 1063) and
subject to the conditions and limi
tations of Section 24 of said Act.
Terms and conditions of aale wilt

Cash upon delivery of deed, or

with interest at the rate of 7
per annum, payable one year from
date, to be secured by a mortgage

Phoenix Home Economic olub met

All members of the clnb had been

A splendid program had been
planned by those entertaining and
during the program hour the old
pollyannaa were revealed and new
onea drawn for the next six months.
During the business hour plana

next meeting of the Phoenix orange
when the mortgage on the hall will
be burned and the Orange declared
free from debt.
The club members have assisted la
every way possible to raise money to
make the payments and now are anx
iously awaiting the next meeting
night when they plan to celebrate.
The club meeting at the Brlcker
borne waa the largest ever attending
Phoenix H. E. club meeting and
six guests were alao present, two of
them Joining the club during the
afternoon. This brought the total
membership to 80.
The next meeting will be held July
17 with Mrs. Noah Chandler. Mrs.
Carey and Mrs. Oermer aa hostesses.
