Today Is Dedicated
To "DAD"
Inr is fitting that one day in each year be set aside as a tim e whon wa may pause and reflect the part ' ' Dads' ' have
played in the lives of individuals and in the destinies of nations ... It has been the fathers who have labored
so that mothers might bear children in the security of a home . . . Their efforts have been directed toward
the bringing up of these children in happy atmosphere of home lifn; of educating them for lives of usefulness
. . . Fathers have fought and died on battlefields so that the security of these homes might be maintained . . . They have
been heroic figures in the past year of depression battling for a livelihood for their families against adverse conditions
... So it is fitting that we dedicate today Sunday, June 16th , to "Dad". Upon this occasion, let us reflect upon his
devotion to his home and family, his inspiration and guida nee that are vital factors in the lives of every member of his
family . . . Father's Day should be YOUR day to attend ser vices in your church.
