ject of Traffic Safety. Final" number
was pantomime of an old song.

Maggie." Those taking part were Mr.
and Mrs. Sanford Richardson as the
old couple and the vocal work was
done by Eudora Bohnert. After the
lecture hour the oldest active mem
ber, Mrs. Mattle Smith, who celebut-
ted her 80th birthday last week, wao
presented with a bouquet of vloletH
as a token of appreciation for the
work and interest she has taken in
the grange. Central Point Orange
can indeed be proud of having
amongst its ranks such a member as
Mrs. smith.
At request of Master Bursell. Mr.
GUI gave a very Interesting talk In
which he told of some of the work
of the legislative committee of the
State Grange during the legislature
Mr. GUI is a very good talker and It
Is a pleasure to have had him at the
meeting and hear him give some first
hand Information on a good muny
questions of vital importance to the
rural committees.
Following Mr. GUI's talk, Mr. An
drews, master of Jackson County
Pomona Grange gave a short talk, as
did Mr. White, master of Live Oak
Grange at Rogue River, and Mr. Coy.
master of the Eagle Point Grange.
