Jackson County, in a suit therein
wherein Portland Mortgage Company,
an Oregon corporation, waa plaintiff,
and Marie Reynolds, a widow, L. A.
Roberta and Mabel A. Roberts, hus
band and wife, were defendants,
which Decree was duly entered of
record In the Journal of said Court
on the 15th day of February, 1935.
and duly docketed In the Judgment
Lten Docket of said Court on the
15th day of February. 1935. wherein
It waa decreed that there was due
and owing unto the plaintiff the full :
sum of $1343.46, $100.00 attorneys
fees, and the costs and disbursements
of the suit to be taxed, amounting,
to $20 90. and wherein It waa de
creed that the said sums constituted
a valid, subsisting, first and prefer
red Hen against the premise des
cribed as Lot 1, Block 3. Summit
Avenue Heights Addition to the City
of Medford, Oregon, as security for
the payment of said sums of money,
and In which said decree It was de
creed that the said premises should
be sold In the manner provided by
law for the purpose of satisfying the
said several sums. In pursuance of a
Mortgage duly entered of record In
Volume 77 at pages 241-3 of the
Mortgage Records of said County,
and which mortgage by said decree
was duly foreclosed; and under and
in pursuance of an execution In said
cause duly issued out of and under
the seal of said Court, dated Febru
ary 19, 1935. and to me directed, di
recting me to sell the said described
