and yet keep it fresh?"
That is just a matter of scientific refrigera
tion . . . When installing our plant we had
the services of the Frigidaire Co.'s refrig
eration engineer, and we took his advice.
We installed the automatio temperature and
humidity controls automatically avoid
the accumulation of frost on the coils, thus
preventing dehydration of meats installed
mechanical air circulation in our coolers,
and took full advantage of his expert knowl
edge of every detail.
All of these, plus every sanitary precaution
in the handling of none but the best beef
accounts for that consistent flavor and
tenderness so essential to the full enjoyment
