The regular meeting of the South
ern Oregon Osteopathic society was
held last night at the home of Dr,
W. J. Crandail In Ashland. Dr. W.
W. Howard was the speaker of the
evening and gave a report of the
mid-winter convention of the Oregon
Osteopathic society held In Portland.
Dr. F. G. Carlow of Medford gave
a demonstration 'of technique, fol
lowed by a general discussion. Light
refreshments were served during the
evening by the host and hostess.

Freeze on Duty

(AP) Ten soldiers on patrol duty
along the Yugoslav-Albanian frontier
were frozen to death during a heavy
snowstorm, It was disclosed today.
