er, returned Saturday to her home
In Parma, Idaho. Miss Johnson has
been visiting with the Burghers since
before Christmas.
Miss Ilauk to Eugene Miss Bar
bara Hauk, Gamma Phi Beta, of the
University of Oregon, left for Eu
gene yesterday to make up the ex
aminations which she missed because
of Illness before Christmas. She will
return In a few days.

last night by train for Seattle to
take up her studies after spending
the holiday vacation with her par
ents, Mt. and Mrs. E. J. Smith, of

believe they are being sought bv the
police, and ma&e their way to Holly
wood, where their troubles really be
gin. Four song numbers are heard
in the course of the picture, said to
be the-best In which Russ Columbo
has appeared.

Plivvs Postponed Members of Girl
Scout Troop 4 announced the group
of plays to have been presented have-
been postponed until further notice.
There will be a regular meeting Mon
day evening, January seventh at 7:00.
A new cast for "Murderer at Large,"
will be chosen at that time.
