For Women's Clubs
County chairmen and regional di
rectors for the Oregon Federation of
Women's Clubs were appointed last
week, and the organization has now
launched a subscription campaign for
the Oregon clubwoman, the monthly
publication.
Mrs. Charles K. Bllyeu of Dallas, Is
fn charge of the campaign, and has
appointed district presidents as re
gional chairmen to assist her, they In
turn naming other aides. Mrs. Mabel
