while In Medford. Mrs. Emma James,
a guest of her cousin, Mrs. Heine,
spoke of the work In the Francos
Willard union in Portland, of which
she is president.
Mrs, James also gave a reading
during the social hour. It was "Tha
Vision Beautiful" by Longfellow.
