miles north of Central Point was re
ported to city police by A. M. Brown,
47, of Powers, Ore., and Emmett Aten,
as. of Roseburg whose truck collided
with Powers' auto. Aten was blinded
by llghte, according to the police re
ports. He was arrested by state police
who Investigated the aocldent, on
charges of having no chauffeurs li
cense, and was cited to appear yes
terday In Justice court.
