arrested Wednesday evening while
preparing to leave the state, on an
auto bus. He failed to keep promises
to the ocrurt, to pay a 64 repair bill

of the accident, or take steps to have
the porch fixed.
Beebe told the court he was leav
ing for Oakland, Calif., because he

Sparrow today that her daughter,
Frances, attending a house party for
the round-up at Pendleton bad been
taken 111 with measles and forced to
go to the Pendleton hospital for
treatment and quarantine. Miss
Sparrow la not seriously HI, however,
and will be out again as soon as
quarantine regulations have been
complied with.
Mrs. Sparrow and her two dsugh
ters recently took a motor trip
through Idaho and Wyoming, spend
ing some time at the famous
Struthers Burt dude ranch at Jack
son Hole In the latter state. Mrs.
Sparrow and her daughter, Harriet,
returned to MedXord a week ago, while
Frances Joined the bouse party for
