"Springtime For Henry,"- sn up
roarious comedy of a modern Don
Juan's romantic adventures, will make
Its appearance on the screen of the
Craterlan theatre tomorrow snd Wed
nesday. Behn W. Levy, the author of
the play, was brought to Hollywood
to rewrite the story. It Is reported
that the picture, because of the
screen's larger scope, 1s even funnier
than the play.
The picture deals with the hectic
life of Henry Dewllp (Otto Kruger),
a modern young bachelor whose ad
ventures are chiefly concerned with
two women. Nancy Cacroll is one of
the pursuing young ladles In the
film. Heather Angel, the charming
young English actress, portrays the
role of the other woman. Others In
the cast are Nigel Bruce. Herbert
Mundln, Arthur Hoyt and Oeneva
Mitchell.
"Born To Be Bad"
Held Extra Day
Due to the tremendous crowds at
tending tlie Rlalto theatre's showing
of "Born To Be Bad." starring Loretta
Young, the picture has been held
over for an additional day, ending
Its run tomorrow night instead of to
night ss originally scheduled. .
Telling the story of a beautiful and
desirable model, whose moral charac
ter Is not exactly to be copied, "Born
To Be Bad" nevertheless allows Lor
etta Young a much wider scope for
her dramatic talents than many other
pictures In which she has appeared.
Little Jackie Kelk, a child actor
of no mean ability, is the center of
the action. It is about him that the
story revolves. Juvenile authorities do
not approve of the ethics his mother
(Miss Young) teaches him. It is when
he Is taken away from her that she
swings into battle for her child. Cary
Grant, wealthy and handsome, and
quite happily married, adopts th boy
and gives him the proper environ
