(AP) Ernest Martin, 62, state forest
fire warden, was trapped beneath an
overturned automobile today and was
burned to death. Motorists saw his
car In a ditch near East Twin, 20
miles west of Port Angeles, and found
Martin's charred body underneath.
Police said they believed Martin
was watching the surrounding coun
try for fires when the wreck occurred.
