ing means: A bullet discharged from
a rifle by decedent, either intention
ally or accidentally."

over night and was NOT in the habit

evening except when with us. We
went to a few dances with him and
have known at all times, until this
last Monday, his whereabouts. About
a month or six weeks ago he worked
one evening in a bowling alley, but
that was all.
"Billy had no work but had tried
hard to get a Job even wnlklng out
to the Bear Creek orchard In an en
deavor to obtain work thinning, and
for two weeks lie walked the two
miles from our house to the box

"However, he was NOT despond
ent about obtaining work. He had
