headquarters office where they will
be given to motorists who as yet have
had no flags. The same request hold
true for boys who obtained1 the pen
ante for their bicycles. They are de
sired for use on automobiles.

and roses was presented to the Mall
Tribune and staff today by Mr. and
Mrs. J. W. Jacobs, 604 Pine street, in
commemoration of the paper winning
the Pulitzer prize for 1933. The spray
bouquet, exquisite In color and frag
rance, was displayed in the office and
attracted enthusiastic comments from
all who saw It. The card on the
basket read as follows: "Accept our
congratulations on winning the Pu
