motion of E. M. Watson, former Eu
gene, Ore., banker, to the vlce-preal-
dency of the Spokane Federal Inter
mediate Credit bank from treasurer,
waa announced today.
Watson became treasurer of the
bank last December after serving sev
eral years as? registrar of the 13th
land bank district.
