the last meeting of the Lake Creek j
Grange the charter was draped In
loving memory of Brother Andrew
Grlssom, who passed away a short
time ago at his home near Central
Point. A man of unusually fine char
acter, Mr. Grlssom had for many
been a htgily respected citizen of the
Lake Creek community, having only
recently moved to Central Point.
He had for the past several years
been a member of Lake Creek
Grange. Deepest sympathy of. the
Grange 1 extended the bereaved
family.
A short business meeting, covering
routine matters, was held.
Lecturer Julia Sldley presented the
following program: Group singing,
vocal solo by . Floyd Charley, vocal
duet by Wnllage Ragsdale and Harry
Tonn with banjo accompaniment by
Wallace Ragsdale, memory test, com
pletion test on Franklin proverbs.
Those from the local Grange who
attended the recent meeting of Jack
son County Pomona Grange at Jack
