slightly Improved though still very

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Grant were In
Medford last Tuesday on business.
Elmo Stalling, Is visiting relatives
in Beagle for a few weeks. He expect
to return to Ogden. Utah. In a few
days.
Mrs. Loyal Abbott and small daugh
ter Carol are spending two weeks at
the home of Mrs. Abbott's parents,
Mr. and Mra. Luke Jennings.
Mr. and Mrs. Don Seegmlller of
Medford spent the week-end here
with their parents.

Sylvia Case spent last week visit
ing at Lake Creek at the home of her

Relatives and friends of the Wll-llams-Seegmlllers

New Year's eve to celebrate the even
ing with them. A Jolty party with
confetti, horns, gay caps and all the
carnival paraphernalia prevalent, pro
gressive cards and dancing were the
entertaining features.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Mulhollen and

Mr. Mulhollen Is employed by the
county at Sams Valley and had Sat

Young people of the community
held a party at' the schoolhouse Tues-
day evening. Games and a social
time were the entertainment. There
