Karl L. Janouch of the Rogue River
national forest, Is expected to return
to Medford Wednesday from Portland,
where he has been attending to busi
ness matters. The last of the week,
he attended a conference of all super
visors on the coast who have CCC
winter camps In the forests.

last evening stated that the firemen
are still busy repairing toys for the
Lady Lions to distribute for Christ
mas, and any persons having toys
which need painting and repairing
before they can be distributed to the
poor, are requested by the fire chief

bezzlement. He was an employee of
the Klamath Falls post office.

to the city police a check for S10
made out to Fred Miller and signed
"Mrs. Helen A. Martin, R. N." The
check was dated December 8. and In
the lower left hand corner was the
notation "payment on stove." The
check was cashed by the station, bu
it was found to have no account

of the First M. E. church held an In
teresting party Friday night at the
church with Mrs. Floyd In charge of
the entertainment. Interesting games
and black magic were enjoyed durlu;
the evening. A short business meet
ing was conducted by Mrs. George
Blgler, class president. Refreshments
were served by Mrs. Nellie Wall, Mlsa
Myrna Barrett and Mrs. aeorge Runs
man. All reported an enjoyable evening.
