A petition has been filed with
the circuit court for the declaring
of dividend No. 4, in the liquida
tion of the Citizens National bank
of Ashland, now In the hands of the
state banking board.
The petition calls for the payment
of $16,798.33 of commercial deposit
claims to 672 depositors, ranging
from 35 cents to $105838. The peti
tion cites that funds are now on
band for the payments. Most of the
benlflclarlea are residents of Ashland.
The present liquidation Is for 10
per cent. The first dividend was 20
per cent and two for 10 per cent, as

tioning Miss Windsor as to why she
