wheat In the years 1930. 1931, 1932
and planted acreage for 1933 of pro
ducers of Jackson County who have
auomuieo applications for farm
wheat allotments. This publication
is made in compliance with the regu
lations of the Agricultural Aduatment
Administration. It Is made so that
a check may be made on all state
ment claims, and ao that reports may
be made to the County Wheat Pro
duction Control Association on any
inaccuracies which may appear In the
statement.

868 foot, in the City of Medford, Ore
gon, and directing th Recorder to
enter a statement thereof In the
Docket of City Lien and to publish
a notice thereof a required by the
Charter.
The Cltr of Medford doth ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Whereas, th CiW Coun
cil did heretofore by ordinance de
clare It Intention to construct n
6-lnch ewer commencing at the In
tersection 01 ueeaman Avenu n3
Dakota Avenue and running thence
South along Dakota Avenue a dis
tance of 868 feet In the C tv of Med
ford. Oregon, and to assess th cost
thereof upon each lot or part thereof
sdjacent to and benefited by such
Improvement, Its proportionate share
of the cost of said Improvement, and
did fix the time and plac for hear
ing protests against the construction
of said 8!nch sewer, and th assess
ment of the cost thereof, a afore
