Board of Directors of Medford Irri
gation District has made a prelim
inary determination of the area and
description of Irrigable land in aach
legal sub-dlvlslon or other described
tract where held in separate owner
ship, within Medford Irrigation Dis
trict and the proportionate share or
liability of each such tract of land
for taxation in payment of 460.000
of the four per cent refunding bonds
of said Medford Irrigation District,
which were authorised to bo Issued
at an election held In and for said
District on the 8th day of September,
1933, which preliminary determina
tion ha been made pursuant to Sec
tion 48-702, Oregon Code, as amend
ed by Chapter 162, Laws of Oregon
for the year 1933, and which deter
mination has been made for the pur
pose of fixing the Irrigable area of
each ownership and each tract afore
said, and for the purpose ot fixing
the assessment thereon in proportion
to such irrigable area. Said prelim
inary determination of Irrigable area
