Heat oil In trying pan, brown onion
slightly In It and add rice. Pry to a
golden brown, then add broth a little
at a time, stirring constantly. Add
mushrooms and cook until tender.
Iiwt before removing from fire add
tomato sauce, seasonings and cheeie.
Sprinkle with additional cheese.
Serves six to eight.
