FRIDAY ON REFUND
Landowners of the Medford Irri
gation district will vote tomorrow
(Friday) to authorise the Issuance ot
$490,000 of refunding bonds, for the
purpose of retiring and refunding
1. 147,000 In bonds of the district,
with accrued interest since January,

R. P. C. for a $480,000 loan and It la
sought to authorize the bonds for
the purpose of Issuing them to R. F. O.

The law under which the new bonds
are to be lsued provides tor a limited

be taxed for more than Ita pro rata
share of the amount necessary to psy
these bonds, except for a small emer
