Irrigation District.
v Notice Is hereby given, that a spec
isl election in and for Medford Irl
gatlon District has been called and
the same will be h"ld on the 8th
dsy of September. 1933. between the
hourL fixed- by law, for the purpose
of voting upon and determining
whether refunding bonds ol said Med
ford Irrigation District in the amount
of 1460.000 shall be Issued by astd
district for the purpose of refunding
the outstanding bonds of laid dis
trict and accrued Interest thereon.
Said bonds to be serial bonds of the
district and to mature over a period
of forty years In such msnner that
the combined payments of principal
end interest each year thereon shsll
be substantially equal and to bear
Interest at the rste of four per cent
per annum, payable seml-snnually.
The polling places at which said
election shall be held are ss follows:
