Third The applicant must file the
completed form by September 1
either by leaving it with an examiner
or by sending It to the secretary of
state at Salem. In either case, a pay
ment of 31 must accompany the ap
plication.

issued unless all are compiled with,

trunk lines Is protected by automatic
block signals, a precaution in which
Southern Pacific leads all other rail

Dyer to be an important factor In ,
making the safety record possible.
