NEXT ROTARY MEET
MXlford Rotarlane held their first
meeting under the direction of the
newly elected ofricera at the Hotel
Medford Tuesday noon. President C.
J. tSemon presided and th program
wai In cherse of Dr. Will Holt, who
outlined briefly plans for the coming
year. The policy of devoting one
meeting a month to vocational talks
will be followed, according to Dr.
Holt, who announced an open forum
on "Investment" for next Tuesday.
The ductus I on will be in charge of
GeoTK Henselman.
The main feature of yesterday's
program was a study of the various
measures to be voted on July 31st.
Club singing led by Ed Shock ley, wms
an enjoyable diversion during the
meeting. A treasurers report by Or In
Schenck showed the local club to be
In good condition financially. The
membership rolls Include 57 active
members which makes the Medford
Rotary club one of the largest service
clubs In this part or the state.

Los Angeles and O. Wilson of Eugene.

Mrs. Millie Hoyt. Ill so long at her
mother's, is steadily growing weaker,
although still able to speak a few
words to the many friends who call
to see her. Her husband, Ed Hoyt, re
mains here most of the time, making
a few rush trips to Fort Klamath to
oversee his ranch work there.
