stantly before and while boiling.
Boll hard 3 minutes. Remove from
fire and stir Is rnit pectin. Then
stir and skim by turns for Just S
minutes to cool slightly, to prevent
floating fruit Ladle off a tew
glasses of hot syrup for jelly tf de

jam as once. Makes about It glasses
