ey, who died June 3rd, were held

ceremony. Two beautiful vocal num

tet. Leaving the parlors the casket
waa preceded to the hearse by six
young lady flower bearers, between
the lines of Royal Neighbors who
concluded the services at the grave-

Mrs. Ramey waa a member of the
Royal Neighbors of America, a tire
less, faithful and ardent worker,
holding many prominent offices. She

Louisa L. Davis, passed away at
her home. 203 South Front street,
early Saturday morning a the age
of 87 years.
She was born in Monroe township,
Iowa, October fl. 1849. In April.
1881, she was married to John Davis
and to this union were bom twelve
children, five of whom aurvlve. They
are N. 8. Davla of Iowa; J. T. and
Pearl Davis and Mrs. Nina Craig, all
of Medford. and Nezzle M. Mann,
Ontario, Ore. Alio 22 grandchildren,
33 great-grandchildren and two
great-great-grandchildren. Also four
elsters and one brother and a host
of friends. Mrs. Davis has been a
resdlent of Medford for the past 27
years.
Mrs, Davis has been a member of
the Christian church for 79 years,
and of the Flrat Christian church
of this city for 19 years.
Funeral services will be conducted
by Rev. W. R. Balrd at the Conger
chapel at 3:00 p. m. today (Sunday).
Interment will be beside her deceased
husband in Medford I. O. O. F. cem
etery.
