Jack Lennox, a resident of Medford
for Borne time passed away suddenly
at his residence on Louise street, at
an early hour Wednesday from cere
bral hemorrhage. Deceased leaves
several brothers and sisters, and fu
neral arrangements will be announc
ed by the Perl Funeral Home upon
hearing from them.

of a hunter's blind near here, and

Blood Donors Are Pallbearers.
FREEPORT. Pa. (UP) Ten youths,
who gave blood for frequent trans
fixions in a futile effort to save the
life of eight-year-old Roger Morgan,
were named as pallbearers for the boy
after his death recently. Four of
the boys were active pallbearers, while
the six others were honorary pallbearers.

STOCKHOLM (UP) Emigration
from Sweden has dwindled to almost
nothing. In April only 40 persona. 20
men and 20 women, left through the
main ports of Stockholm, Gothenburg
and Malmo. This compares to 43 in
1633, 65 in 1031, 407 la 1930, and
1632 In 1929.
AmberRTts Found on Beach.
CORVALLIS. Ore. (UP) A curious
disagreeably-smelling substance pick
ed up on Neskowln beach was found
to be pure ambergris of the golden
type when analyzed here at the Ore
gon State College of Pharmacy. Am
bergris, which is very valuable, Is sel
dom found on the Oregon coast.

home. 730 Oak atreet, Tuesday ave
lng from sclerosis of the coronary
arteries after a brief Illness aged 05
years, one month. He had been t
resident of Medford for the pat
year. He was a member of Friend
ship lodge No. 37 of Goldendale,
Washington and Neighbors of Wood
craft.
Mr. Hardin leaves his wife Ett
and two children. Russell and Blos
som of Goldendale, Washington, also
four brothers and two sisters, Arthur
