high school boys will be staged at
8:00 o'clock and many concessions
will add the carnival spirit to the
occasion, which will be climaxed by
the crowning of the queen snd the
coronation march.

Tho Mistletoe club met at the
home of Mrs. Prultt on Crater Lake
highway Wednesday for a covered
dish luncheon. Many members: and

The Sunny Staters circle of the
Presbyterian church entertained
Thursday evening at dinner for the
men's club of the church and invited

A lovely event of Friday afternoon
was the tea, given by Menitt circle
of the Presbyterian church. Apple

parlors for the affair and a pleasing

the piano by Mrs. Strang and Miss El

Outline Plans for
League Week

The Junior High Olrl's League is
planning for annual Olrl's League
Week, to be observed from May I
to May 5. During this time the girls
will have charge of all the activities
of the school. A special program Is
being arranged for each day In order
to demonstrate the capabilities of
the girls as leaders.
The activities for the week will be
announced by the president, Kath
leen Dlllard on Monday, at an as
sembly to celebrate May Day. The
outline for the wees'a activities fol
lows: Monday May Day celebration.
The program will be announced by
the program chairman, Lois Herman.
1. Dance, by Frankle Rlnabarger
and Catherine Ford.
3. The May Pole by sixteen of the
7th and 8th grade girls.
3. Presentation of nosegays and
boutonnieres to the faculty.
Tuesday All girls day and Girl's
League Council luncheon at 12:00.
Six teachers will be guests. They
are: Miss Bliss, Mrs. Church, Miss
Dlckerson, Miss Gray, Miss Hammond
and Mrs. Hubbs. Also the Fire squad
will be composed of girls on Tuesday
and they will hare charge of a fire
drill.
The Bulldog Guards will also be
girts for Tuesday and they will main
tain order and keep the grounds
clean.
Wednesday Gtrl'a League assem
bly. The nature of this assembly
cannot be revealed now but It prom
ises to be one of the most entertain
lng of the year.
Thursday Girl's League tea from
3:00 to 4:30 to which all the girl's
mothers are Invited. The Girl s Lea
gue edition of the newspaper will be
distributed on either Thursday or
Friday.

ning. Wednesday Study Club

Wednesday Study club will be held
May 3 In the club rooms In the city
