meetings are being held Tuesday to
Friday nights Inclusive at the Pres
byterian church here this week. To
night the Rev. W. J. Howell of the
Presbyterian church of Medford will
speak, using his theme "Fundamen
talism. Modernism or Christianity."
Wednesday night Rev. A. O. Bennett
of the Methodist church of Medford
will speak. His topic hss not been
announced. On Thursday Rev. Hugh
T. Mltchelmore of the Presbyterian
church of Ashland will speak on "St.
Paul's Mistake." On Friday night
Rev. J. M. Johnson of the Federated
Church of Central Point will speak on
an unannounced topic.
These meetings lead up to the
Easter service and all In the commu
nity are Invited to attend.
Mrs. George Carpenter asks that all
the young people meet at the church
on Wednesday evening at 7:30 for
practice, aa she Is desirous of having
a young people's choir for the meet
ing to be held on that evening.
