Be Heard Weekly
On Station KMED
The first of a new series of local
talent radio programs will b on the
air over the local station this even
ing at 7:30 o'clock. A male quartet,
double marimba and contralto solo
numbers will be featured, with Die
Harding as master of ceremonies.
A new entertainment department
was recently created at the KMED
station to care for programs of this
type each week. There are many po
tential radio entertainers In this lo
cality, who for some time have
sought opportunity of presenting their
specialties over the air. With Bill
Murray and Dick Harding In charge
of a.l talent, the new aeries of pro
grams promises to follow the popu-
lartt7 pace set by this type of pro
gram In larger communities.
