Open House Held

A number of local people will be
hosts at open house on Monday, con
tinuing observance of New Year's day
through the legal holiday. Mr. and
Mrs. Ben Trowbridge and Mr. and
Mrs. Max Pence have invited 120
friends to call at the Trowbridge
home between one and five o'clock.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Dltlard held
open house at their home Saturday
night and a number of friends called
at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edward
C. Kelly Wednesday evening to wish
them a happy New Year and to bid
them farewell, as they are leaving to
day for Salem to remain during the
nesslon of the atate legislature. Mrs.
Kelly's mother, Mrs. Paul Orel ner, is
accompanying them.

at Central Point. Christmas decora
tions were used about the rooms of

W H. Tumy, L. L. Robinson, A. J.
Hanby. Mrs. Sanderson and the hos
tess at the luncheon table.
