Lake district will Journey to Gov
ernment Camp at Crater national
park December 27 an.i remain until

announced. Through co-operation of
the park service, housing equipment
will be furnished the youths, who
are to be accompanied by Scout Executive-
Oscar E. Hoover.
The group will Include scouts from
Medford. Grants Pass, Ah'iland and
Klamath Falls and, If present plana

by Klamath Fall and Fort Klamath

trucks from the park camp will take

Scouts will be housed tn the new
dormitory room over the new shop
just completed at the camp, and
beds and mattresses will be furnished
the boys by the park service. The
building where the boys are to be
located la equipped with running
water, a large range and other con
venlences for the boys who will do
the cooking.
Adult will be at the camp to In
struct the boys concerning the cook
ing before each meal. Scouta are be
ing divided Into groups of four and
they will take turns, one preparing
the entire meal for the other three.

gible for the camp, and Mr. Hoover
said yesterday there were still two
vacancies In the party of 40 to be
mnde up. He urged that any scouts
wishing to make the trip sign up
with him Immediately.
