Notice 1 hereby given, that pur
suant to an Interlocutory Decree of
the Circuit Court of the State of
Oregon, for Jackaon County in the
above entitled cause, dated October
24, 1933, ordering a sale of the prem
ises hereinafter described in lieu or
a partition thereof, I will offer said
premise for sale and will sell the
same at public auction to the high
est bidder for cash at the front door
of the Courthouse In the City of
