Medford:
"There remalna only today and to

Medford and community to vindicate
the reputation we have for an ap

life. It has been my experience that
we usually get those things that we
most believe In. although it may
constitute a aacrlflce on our part.
Membership In the Civic Music aa
soclatlon resolves Itself into a ques

tlmea w.hen thla sort of Inspiration
is so much heeded?'
"What better Investment can any
one make for boy or girl than to
buy a membership in the Civic Mu

entail the elimination of certain
selfish desire on our part, we owe
this advantage to our young people.
"Civic music la an asset to our
community and all those who are
music lovers and Interested In mak
ing Medford a better place In which
to live should Immediately respond
at headquartera or phone 364 and be
registered."
The large number of workers who
.have not aa yet reported the result
of their work to headquartera make
it Impossible at thla time to prophesy
the outcome of thla aecond annual
campaign. The second report meet
ing to be held tonight at 8 o'clock
at the Chamber fo Commerce will
largely determine the result of Sat
urday night when tha campaign
closes.
"Although report Indicate that a
large number of memberships are in
the hands of workers and that the
response of the public la most en
couraging. It will be necessary for
every worker to carry on through to
