Th theatrical world today guessed lit
what may become of the Folllea now
that Florena Zlegfeld, th man who
mated them, haa gone, but Billle
Burke, the wlaow of the famous pro
ducer, left no doubt aa to what her
future course would be.
Following the old tradition of the
theatrical world that "the ihow must
go on," Miss Burke, a star ot the
screen In the silent picture days, and
who at the time of her husband
death was making her first talking
production, announced today ahe
would not disappoint her employers
by delaying the completion of the
picture In which she was working.
Back to Work Wednesday.
Mis Burke said she would return
to the H-K-O studios on Wednesday
to resume work, and that she hoped
to -be able to carry on despite the
shock of her husband's death.
Through W1U Rogers, an Intimate
friend of Zlegfeld, Mlse Burke an.
nounced .there will be no public
funeral in New York City tor her
husband. Mayor James J. Walker, In
telephone message, had asked that
the body be sent at once to Ktn York
so tbat city might pay Its rlbute.
The body of the noted musical
comedy producer, known Internatlon'
ally aa the glorlfler of the American
girl, today lay In a vault In Forest
Lawn Memorial park In Olendale. Jt
will be aent to New York for Inter'

Simple Hltei.
Brief, and simple rites marked the
funeral service held In Los Angeles
Sunday. The number of those at
tending the services was small, the
gathering being limited only to In
timate friends of the producer.

The terms and conditions upon
which said properties are to be sold
are set forth in the Fifth, Sixth and
Seventh paragraphs of said decree
and are-as follows, viz.:
Fifth . . , That the Special Mas
ter shall offer the personal property
(which is described i.i subdivisions
(a) and (d ot preceding paragrapn
"Sixth" hereof, and of Item Sixth
of Paragraph "Fourth" of said de
cree), and the real property (de
scription of which is set forth in
said Item Sixth of Paragraph
"Fourth" otherwise than in said

whole; and shall offer the personal

That said Master shall accept no
bid unless accompanied by a de
posit of either cash or certified

in an amount not less than ten per
cent, of the bid, or by deposit of
bonds secured by said mortgages
in an amount of not less than thirty

any bidder shall fail to make good

as soon as said Master shall deem

thereof as is had within the ten
days allowed the Owen - Oregon
Lumber Co. and Medtord Logging
Railroad Company to pav the in

Sixth: That the purchaser or pur
chasers at the sale of the mort
gaged premises may, upon payment
to the Special Master making the
sale of a sum in cash sufficient to
pay the costs of this cause, includ
ing the compensation and expendi
tures of the Special Master and the
amount adjudged to be due to the
plaintiff in Findings "of Fact "F"
and "I" of said decree and Para
graphs "First'1 and "Second" of
said decree, apply any of the afore
said bonds and coupons at their par
value pins accrued interest, to the
payment of his bids on the basis
upon which such bonds andor cou
pons may entitled to participate
in the pioceeds of said sale; and
may also use in paying said bids
the receipts of the plaintiff for the
amounts to which he is adjudged
entitled by said Findings of Fact
"F" and "1" of this decrre and

enjoyed or were entitled to hold and
enjoy the same at the time of and
subsequent to the execution and de
livery of said mortgage of Novem
ber 16, 1925, and said supplement
thereto; subject only to the Oregon
statutory right of redemption as it
applies to said real estate.

may buy the mortgaged property for
