McNary ad vised Governor Julius L. Meier in a telegram today. The governor yesterday recom mended the wage scale to the state highway commission, which recom mendation was adopted for state highway work. ' The McNary state ment indicates thla wage will apply to all emergency highway relief work in the atate.
