prospectors, and states that most of

Prank Doremus are leaving tomorrow

they return they expect to visit rela

turned to Medford from Lakevlew yes
terday at noon. While In that city he
attended to business in connection
with the J. C. Penney company, and
was also guest at a chamber of com
merce luncheon there. Mr. Bolger is
president of the local chamber. Upon
his return, Mr. Bolger was loud in
his praise of the hospitality and
friendliness of the Lakevlew people.'

mon Watne of Jacksonville the right
to apply for a certificate of registry
which will allow him to become an
American citizen. According to direc
tor Bonham, Mr. walne came to this
country a number of years ago but
through an oversight received no rec
cord of admission, which is a prere
quisite of naturalization. Hie record
as a law-abiding citizen however be
ing excellent, the department made

the "Merrick Motor Inn." The plain
tiff takea legal action through her
father, as ad litem guardian, John

The complaint alleges that In Au
gust. 1931, the plaintiff, with other
children, was playing with a water
ball In the swimming pool. The ball
waa thrown out of the water, and
the children. In the test of play,
rushed out of the water to regain
It. It Is asserted that the plaintiff,
In climbing out of the pool, slipped
on the cement curbing, causing her
to fall, and sustain permanent In
