The existing world conditions,
which naturally are foremost in
the minds of business and profes
sional men today, will serve as a
background for the address on Ro
tary activities related to International
affairs.
Professor Sydney W. Pascall of
London, Ensland, the first Rotarlan
from outside North America to be
elected president of Rotary Interna
tional, will arrive In Seattle on June
8, completing a six-month tour of
the world. On this Journey he has
gathered the opinions and experi
ences of Rotarlan business men in
many parts of the world.
President Pascall's report on this I
survey of world conditions In North
America, Europe, South Africa, India,
Malnya, Australia and New Zealand,
will be one of the moat Important
events of the convention. Not only
has he observed the growth of Ro
tary In alt these regions, but as a
British manufacturer prominent In
trade association affairs, he has
naturally tdken a .lively Interest In
the business situation.
Not only the address of President
Pascall, but the speeches of several
others will direct the attention of
the delegates to the problems of
International relationships.
