will motor to Ed wood Park, and
spend the day, at the cottage of Mr.
and Mrs. Hugh Hamlin.

10 a. m. and cars will leave from

the handkerchief her mother had
carried at her wedding.
The brldesmsld's dress ws of blue
flowered chiffon and her bouquet of
pink rosebuds and aweetpeas.
After the ceremony a wedding
luncheon waa served. Assisting were
Miss Beulah Hervey and Miss Janet
Wilson of Ashlsnd and Mlsa Bernlce
Simpson of North Bend. The brlde'a
cake was msde by the bride's father
and the ornament used on it, had
been used on Mr. snd Mr. Gallatin's
wedding cake.
The bride and groom are both
graduaUa of Oregon State college.
Th bride baa been instructor In
home economics in the North Bend
high school for the psst three years.
Mr. Sawyer Is the Smith-Hughes
instructor In the Myrtle Point union
high school.

with an all day picnic In Ashland
park Thursdsy honoring the birth
dsys of ber twin sons, Lloyd and
Francis, and of Arlen Helvey, the
three having celebrated their anni
versaries last week, the twins their
seventh and little Miss Belvey her
fourth.
Following the picnic luncheon in
