Grand Jury Opens Probe in Shooting At Otto King Car The grand Jury this afternoon started an Investigation of the Otto King shooting scrape on the East Side last winter. Deputy Sheriff Ike Dunford. Louis Jen nings and Fred Mcpherson Jr.; were slated to appear as witnesses. The affair grew out of the at tempted arrest of King, for al leged bootlegging operations. The authorities claim a shot was fired Into the rear tire of King's machine, when he rJg-ugged down the street, and refused to stop. Deputy Sheriff Dunford was In the auto with a state police man.
