filed an amended complaint In their
ault (gainst the Paclflo Record-Herald
and It editor, Earl H. Fehl, and
others, asking that the sheriff be
directed to foreclose a chattel mort
gage for 19,443.98. and the prop
arty sold, as provided by law and
further that the sheriff be restrained
from tho sale of the erne property,
under the execution of a (16,000 libel
ult Judgment obtained by Roy Parr,
game warden, Aahland.
The complaint further seeks that
surplus of the sale, If any, after the
ta Olfaction of the Nledermeyer, Inc.,
mortgage and legal costs, revert to
Fehl and the Pacific Reooid-Heraid,
fledermeyer, Inc., further asks that
money allegedly owed them by Peljl
be deducted from the chattel mort
gage principal and Interest, The com
plaint seta forth hat Fehl performed
labor over a period of 330 days for
Nledermeyer, Inc., and that aio per
day Is a fair wage to pay. The total
of 12300 they ask be subtracted from
the chattel mortgag of 9,443.88,
which with other deductions, leaves a
balance of 4004.84.

company to pay tor their mailing

Several orders for 10,000 to 38.000
nvelopea were secured from other
local concerns at reduced prices that
were a part of the one million enve
lope order.
