are not coming upstream fast, Mr.
Brown states. Instead, they are gath
ering at the mouths of tributary
streams alongshore where the water
Is cooler.
Mr. Brown says the wator In the
Rogue Is lower now than was ever
known before.

with 10 wins and no defeats. Later
the same nine trounced Lebanon,
