A grand larceny case growing
out of the theft of an automobile
and n petty larceny case consisting
of tho pilfering of groceries from
wine to a. visitor was also disposed
of.
Within almost an hour after he
had been seen stealing a cur owned
by Hubbard Bros, and parked near
their store, Paul Payne 18, of
Longdate, Cal., wus caught with
tho car at Orants Pass. In court
today he waived examination, and
was held to the grand Jury.
For purloining groceries and a
coat, all of the value of $20, from
the. parked car of H. Mchermer-horn-
of the Nash Hotel Barber
shop, H. J. Leo, who was arrested

Prescott, was sentenced to ten days
