Whereas the cost of said sower
has been and hereby Is determined
to be the sum of $5,226.57.
Now. Therefore, It is nereoy
further determined that the pro-,
portlonato share of the cost of con
struction of said sower, on each
parcel of property adjacent to said
improvement and benefited there
by Is the amount set orposite the
description of each piece or parcel
of land below, and that each piece
or parcel of land Is benefited by
tho construction of said eewer, to
the full extent of the amount so
set opposite such .piece or parcel
and that tho respective amounts
represent the proportional -benefitB
of said sewer to said respective
parcels of property, and the coun

the construction of sold sewer, to
the full extent of tho amount so set
opposite such piece or parcel and
that tho respective amounts repre
sent the proportional benefits of
